Get help connecting your tools, receiving events, or running the Cyrus agent.
Email support@atcyrus.com. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and the name of your Cyrus workspace. If useful, attach a screenshot with private information removed. Never send passwords, API keys, or access tokens.
Check Cyrus status for service incidents, or read the documentation for setup help.
Add https://app.atcyrus.com/mcp as a custom MCP connection and sign in to Cyrus. Then tell your Dot or Cloud Work session which events to monitor and what to do when they arrive. Connecting alone does not start monitoring.
Workspace event subscriptions require workspace admin access and explicit consent. Available events depend on the Linear, GitHub, and Slack integrations connected to your Cyrus workspace. Slack direct messages and Slack Connect channels are not included.
If you are not receiving events, check that the provider is connected, your session confirmed a subscription, and its filters match the issue, repository, or channel you want to watch. For connection problems, include your client name and the error message when contacting support.
